What happens when my AI credits run out?+
AI calls (Cezeri chat, briefings, priority scoring) stop. But core features — calendar, tasks, notes, decisions, manual reports — keep working uninterrupted. Credits reset at your next billing cycle.
When does the voice quota reset?+
Voice quota resets daily at 00:00 UTC. The Free plan gives you 5 min/day to experience real conversational AI.
Can I change plans?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are charged pro-rata immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
What is your refund policy?+
Within 14 days of first purchase, you can request a full refund if you've used less than 25% of your quotas. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I pay from Turkey / outside the US?+
Yes. All payments go through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Inc. Cards from any country (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, plus local methods) work seamlessly. Local VAT is calculated automatically.
