Summary
This policy covers purchase, renewal, and refunds for the JAZARI Jarvis digital subscription. It complies with Turkish consumer law (Law No. 6502 and Distance Sales Regulation), the EU Consumer Rights Directive, and Paddle's global Merchant of Record practices.
1. Free trial
New accounts automatically receive 5 days of full Pro access. No charges are made during this period and no refund applies. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, your account drops to Free and AI / voice features are restricted.
2. 14-day refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of first purchase when:
- You have used less than 25% of your monthly AI message quota,
- You have used less than 25% of cumulative voice quota,
- The account has not been restricted under our acceptable use policy (Terms of Use, §8).
Above the threshold, a pro-rata refund may be considered for the remaining unused period.
3. Annual plans
For annual subscriptions: full refund within the first 30 days, no questions. After day 30, refunds are pro-rated for full unused months (e.g. cancel a 12-month plan in month 4 → refund of 7 months × monthly equivalent).
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime via the customer portal. Service stays fully active until the end of the current billing period; renewal is not charged. Active data is retained until you submit an account deletion request (Privacy Policy, §10).
5. Non-refundable items
- Consumed AI message credits,
- Consumed voice assistant minutes (third-party — OpenAI / ElevenLabs — costs incurred),
- Monthly periods older than 14 days,
- Accounts terminated for breach of acceptable use (Terms of Use, §8).
6. Billing errors & duplicates
For incorrect charges, double-billing, service unavailability due to a verified outage on our side, or pricing errors, full refunds are issued automatically without the 14-day cap. Contact us via the channel below.
7. Request process
- Option A — Paddle Customer Portal: use the "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email to cancel and request a refund instantly.
- Option B — Reach us directly: email support@hellojazari.com with your purchase email and order number.
- First response: within 1 business day.
- Approved refund settlement: 5 business days (avg.), max 10 business days.
8. VAT / tax
VAT / GST collected at purchase is automatically reversed by Paddle upon refund approval. For customers resident in Turkey, the collected tax includes Paddle's MoR-declared local tax — you do not need to file separately.
