1. Definitions
- "Service": the JAZARI Jarvis web application and all related features (voice assistant, calendar sync, task/decision management, etc.).
- "User": a natural person who uses the Service via an account.
- "Tenant": a personal or organizational workspace.
- "Personal Plan": the single-user tenant assigned automatically on signup.
- "Content": all data the User submits to the Service, including tasks, notes, decisions, and transcripts.
- "Connected Account": a third-party service the User links via OAuth (Google, Slack, etc.).
2. Acceptance & changes
Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top of the page is updated. Material changes are notified to active users by email 30 days in advance; continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
3. Account & authorization
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You alone are responsible for the security of your account (password, session control, OAuth links).
- Sharing accounts, joint use, or maintaining them via bots/scripts is prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify security@hellojazari.com immediately.
4. Plans, tenants & memberships
On signup a Personal Plan tenant is created automatically and you become its owner. When team tenants are introduced, invite/remove rules will follow role-based permissions (owner / admin / member). Tenant roles are the sole source of authorization; cross-tenant data leaks are prevented by RLS and ownership triggers on every query.
5. Connected accounts
- When you connect a third-party account, you grant the OAuth consent; we operate only within the scopes you approve.
- Each Connected Account is tied to one user only; no other user can access your tokens.
- You can remove an integration at any time from the Connections page — the token is permanently deleted and the related cache cleared.
- Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; JAZARI is not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
6. User content & license
All Content you submit to the Service is yours. You grant us only a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable license to:
- Host, back up, and synchronize the Content across your devices.
- Perform the processing you request (summarization, planning, voice response).
- Maintain the security and operation of the Service (audit, debugging).
We do not use your Content to train our AI models, sell to third parties, or for marketing purposes.
7. AI outputs — disclaimer
JAZARI Jarvis surfaces outputs generated by AI models (OpenAI, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, etc.). These outputs are informational and decision-support only; they do not substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. AI models may make mistakes, hallucinate facts, or present outdated information. For consequential decisions, always verify outputs with independent sources. JAZARI is not liable for outcomes of decisions taken solely on the basis of AI output.
8. Acceptable use policy
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Spam, malware distribution, phishing, or impersonation.
- Unauthorized access attempts on the Service or its infrastructure (un-approved pen-tests, scanners).
- Unauthorized processing of others' OAuth data, or attempts to act under another user's identity.
- Scraping, automated data extraction, or using model outputs to train a competing AI model.
- Reverse engineering, attempts to access source code, or extract system prompts.
- Malicious prompt injection or jailbreak attempts against the AI system.
- Producing content that violates law, third-party rights (copyright, trade secret, privacy), or public order.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account and reporting to authorities where required.
9. Quotas & fair use
To keep the Service sustainable we apply per-provider daily usage quotas (provider_usage_quotas). When you exceed your quota, requests to that provider may be throttled; you can view your quota status inside the app at any time. We may apply additional limits for excessive or abusive use.
10. Fees & billing
The current Personal Plan is free. Pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms for any future paid plans will be published separately and explicitly accepted before upgrade. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights are preserved.
11. Service level & maintenance
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We use reasonable efforts to maintain high availability but make no uptime guarantees. Planned maintenance is announced in advance; emergency security maintenance may be performed with shorter notice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- JAZARI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (lost profits, data loss, business interruption, etc.).
- Our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the total fees paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or, if you are on a free plan, USD 100.
This limitation does not apply to damages arising from JAZARI's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JAZARI, its officers and employees from third-party claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these terms or applicable law, or out of your breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
14. Account cancellation & termination
- By you: you can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days; you may request restoration during that window.
- By us: in case of material breach we may suspend or terminate the account, with 7-day prior notice where reasonably possible. We may terminate without notice for legal obligations or urgent security matters.
- You retain the right to request a machine-readable export of your data for 30 days following termination.
15. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The parties agree to seek a good-faith negotiated resolution first. Failing that, the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. For Users qualifying as consumers, jurisdiction of the local Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts is reserved.
16. General provisions
- Severability: if any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
- Assignment: JAZARI may assign these terms in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign them without our prior written consent.
- Force majeure: we are not liable for performance failures caused by events outside our control (war, natural disaster, provider outage, etc.).
